Where Can I Pre-order A Full (not Upgrade) Version Of Windows 7 Professional?
ByI’m planning on using Windows 7 as the operating system for a computer that I have yet to build, so there won’t be any OS to upgrade from. As such, I’ll need to obtain a version of Windows 7 Professional that can do a clean install.
