What color should I paint wooden 1960′s kitchen cabinets? I have light gray tile countertops.?

My appliances are black and my floor is laminate with brown, brownish red, and gray.

    This is just me, but I’d go with a rich, dark red the color of stained cherry wood. I think red, gray, black and brown all look good contrasted with a dark red color. Pictures would help though.

    If your tile countertops were a deep charcoal grey, I’d also suggest a dark (blue-)red color… it would look gorgeous.

    But if your countertops are more along the line of a “pearl grey,” then consider painting your cabinets a matte black with brushed silver hardware, and find a backsplash that will run the gamut from light grey to charcoal grey to go with it.

    You could also contrast your light grey countertops with a deep-toned warm, camel colored paint on the cabinets, and then find a warm-toned backsplash in the almond family to tie it all together.

    If you have light gray tile countertops then you should use the light brown, red color. You can use some different shads also which are contrast to your wooden color. Recently I paint my house by Daniel painting service, and I got best result from it.
