The fat part of the handle (the bottom) will unscrew. You should be able to turn it by hand. You have a Moen faucet and you should be able to get parts without a problem. Good Luck.

Be sure to turn off the water to the faucet. Then look on the top of the handle for a piece that will pop out. If you don’t find this there may be a set screw on the back side of the handle. Just depends on the manufacture.

Your handles are actually two piece handles…that’s why you don’t see any screws. Hold the bottom part just above the base (the part that’s fatter), and then twist the actual handle counter clockwise. It should unscrew from there.

Your faucet looks too new for washers. the handle assembly should unscrew. take it apart remove the cartidge and take it into a good home improvement store or plumbing supply and get it replaced. The brand would be helpful, but the clerk will probably know by looking at it.

make sure water is cut off under sink, turn handles to let any pressure off, look behind the handle, there may be a allen set screw. undo it, it’ll be tiny, then the post with ridges will point to the ceiling, under it wil be a nut. loosen it and remove. pull sem out and check washers, do reverse to put back together.
