My Pop Up Hydro Flame furnace 7900 / 8000 keeps turning the gas off after 30Min’s but the fan keeps running

When I shut the unit off and turn it back on its will work again for a while until I have to repeat the process. The unit is in my 1998 Coleman pop up camper. Do you think it the Thermostat that needs to be replaced or something else ?
