Is using a sauna and steam room while pregnant safe or not?
ByI’m 5 months pregnant with my daughter. I belong to a health club that has steam rooms and sauna and a hot tub (I haven’t really used these for the past five months but I was thinking about it). Does anyone know if its safe and how much time in one of these things would be dangerous to the baby?
