is it possible to find out if my laptop has been opened?

My landlord has been to my house to do some repairs but im sure my laptop has been opened and i’m wondering if its possible to find out if it has been opened ie date time stamp somewhere. Any help much obliged.
ask your landlord if he opened it.
If the computer was used in some way (getting online, creating a document, etc.), there will be date-and-time stamped files in your browser’s cache or in the Temporary Files folder.
It would seem you don’t password-protect your laptop. You might want to think about changing this behavior.
On mac there is something called console which is a log of stuff going on in the system. If there are console logs, the computer was on.
Maybe your windows PC has something similar
