had an accident, gotten a written estimate from a refutable car repair shop, will it be accepted in the court of law? as evidence plus a police report.

No. It won’t. In court you have to have a PRO FORMA INVOICE from a garage, if your vehicle hasn’t been repaired and has an official invoice.
