Is A 20a Circuit Breaker At The Distribution Box Enough For My 15a Oven And 10a Stove Starter?

By

I’m pulling a dedicated line for my electric oven rated @ 15A. However i would like to also plug my 10A rated Gas stove into the same circuit.
I know that if it was just my oven 20A would be correct (16A being 80% of the capacity) but what if I plugged in the ignitor from the gas stove as well?
If i use a 20A will it trip when the oven is on max while igniting a stove top?
I’m worried that if i go higher than 10A i’m loosing the protection of the oven.
Also, when the electrician adds the new circuit, do i need to inform the utility company? or they don’t need to know because its after the meter?
