I’m looking for a head gasket repair liquid, such as Therma Gasket or steel seal, do any of these work?

I’m looking for people who have used such solutions and have had good or bad results. My 92 grand am has a blown head gasket. There is water in the oil. I have to get it fixed but dont have the money…please help….
