Im looking at buying a home it is priced at $144,900 What should I offer?
By adminIts not in the best area buts its not too bad for a starter home. It has been totally redone on the inside but nothing was done to the outside. The only thing it would need is some yard work and a ceiling repair in a bedroom in the basement where there was a leak from a upstairs bathroom. I was thinking about $135,000 for an offer or should I go lower than that?
