I rent from a large mortgage/construction co. The rental unit is a historic landmark and is scheduled to be moved. The problem is there is black mold and raw sewage in basement but owner wnt repair due to up comming move . It has been tagged hazzardous by PGE and water n sewage but code comp. wn’t come look why?
