House burns when workers try to melt roof ice
One snow removal plan backfired after private contractors accidentally set fire to a roof of a house Tuesday. The six workers were attempting to melt ice from a roof using a propane torch when it caught fire, a spokesman for the county Fire and Rescue Service said.
