Alright so I’ve dyed my hair quite a few times, and now I currently have bleach blond hair. My hair is quite fried and although I deep condition it and use leave in conditioner, my hair is still dry has very many split ends and is just overall horrible. I’m going to get a hair cut soon but I was wondering if any of you knew how to help my hair repair itself. By the way, I also straighten and blow dry my hair but Im trying to stop doing that for a while for the sake of my hair…

neutrogena has this restoring mask in orange box. WORKS WONDERS AND IT’S ONLY LIKE 4.99!!! idk about now i bought it ages ago
if you go to a pharmacy they have hair repair products that you just put in your hair.
I used V8 oil to repair my hair. Or Aussie 3 Minute Miracle
use a thermal protecter before you do anything to your hair that Involves heat. it will protect your hair from becoming dry and brittle, and it makes your hair glossy and shiny. not to mention healthy.
in my humble opinion, people waste too much money on hair products just because its name brand. i take a spray bottle, fill it half with water, half with olive oil, spray my hair all over till it is really greasy, and sleep in it and shampoo it away the next day, I do this a few times a week and it works wonders for your hair, makes it so soft and shiny and healthy.
now imagine, I heard someone the other day talk about something they bought over the counter that was a hair product with DING DING DING olive oil in it!, so, save yourself 10 bucks, and just use the natural thing lol.
by the way, wash your pillow case more if you go my route, you don’t want the oil to give you acne, you could just do the oilve oil, then put on a plastic bag or some sort of shower cap. the longer the olive oil is on, the better.
some good produces to use r Dove the conditioner n shampoo n i would get damage therapy from heat cuz they have a couple different kinds. another good one is Pantene n u can get the back to strength which i think its basicaly for split ends and after one wsah its suppost to bring them back to ur hair ( srry if that doesnt make sense). n i think another really good product is Tresemme n u get the shampoo n conditioner for heat.
Hope This Helped!!
I would go and get ALL of your split ends cut! If you don’t you’ll end up having split ends all the way to your roots! Then you’ll have to shave your head! So go get your split ends taken care of first! Then, for your sake, I would wash my hair no more than 3 times a week unless it gets really dirty! Because sometimes shampoo can dry it out your hair and it will sometimes wash away mineral from your hair that help it heal. I would a either a special shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair or shampoo and conditioner for dry and damage hair both work kinda the same. Brush your hair upside down to allow the minerals to go all the way to the tips of your hair. If worse comes to worse talk to your hairdresser about what to do. Keep using the deep and leave in conditioner. And please stay away from any type of heat. Those tools may make your hair perfect but do a lot of damage! Hope this helps!
