Didnt your machine come with a couple of cookbooks ? They should be there. If not you can search google with “gtx express recipes” and different web sites come up with recipes. Once you find them all you need to do is plus the machine in. The commercial does lie a little about the nonstick part. You do need to spray it with non-stick greasing spray or even butter. After that just cook away. Be sure to keep checking to make sure you dont over or under cook your food. Hope this helps (:
