Can any replacement pool liner go on any brand of pool.?

We have an older pool and it needs a new liner. We want the best deal on the liner but need to know if we can order one from anywhere as long as it is for a 27′ pool. Can anyone help??

Why are there lumps on the outside of our vinyl pool liner?

It’s in-ground. We can feel rocks or gravel or something. They’re getting worse. Do we need to call someone in? Are we going to have to replace the liner? I don’t think it’s roots; it seems more like rocks.

We have an above ground pool and it’s caked with dried leaves. No matter how hard we scrub they just won’t come off. It’s green goopy water filled with at least 100 tad-poles. Altogether it’s just pure muck. The caked leaves won’t come off. Help?
