It’s easy. Just go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs. Click on what you want to uninstall and it does it itself. Then when installing, either click on Run, which will start the process, or Save, which will save the installer wherever you tell it to go. If you save it, you need to find where you put the installer, click on it and start the process. Either way, just follow the instructions, it will walk you through it.

To remove a program click Start
    Control Panel
Add and Remove Programs(uninstall a program in Vista)
Highlight the program you want to uninstall and click Remove(uninstall in Vista)

    To install a program
    Download from the Internet(click Save)
When the file is done downloading
Double click the file and choose Run

the process of uninstalling a program is very simple. if you are a windows user all you have to do is this…

    start (the windows icon)
    control panel
    add/remove programs
find the program you want to uninstall
click on the button to uninstall it.

to install a program all you have to do is type in something you want like mozilla firefox for instance (its a web browser like internet explorer)
click on a link click on the download link
    run the program
    install the program.
    thats about it

Go to the Control Panel and select “uninstall a program.” you can choose to get rid of any programs you’d like. Also, go under Programs on the Start Menu and see if there’s an uninstall option for any program you want to eliminate.

To install programs, use installers that come from either disks or Internet downloads.

    Hope that helps.

By “Windows program”, do you mean ‘operating system”…like Windows XP or Vista or the new 7?

It is pretty straight-forward but you will lose any data or documents that are already on that old machine in the process. You will need to back thewm up to maybe a bunch of CDs first.

You can get a free evalution copy of the new Windows 7 here:
