1998 Oldsmobile Bravada Dashboard/speaker (electrical Problem)?

Hi, I have a 98 Oldsmobile Bravada that i recently bought from a private owner. The bravada’s car radio was stolen So the radio was already missing and the bare wiring for the radio was exposed. Some were taped up with electrical tape and some werent. While driving one day, the untaped wires touched and sparked wildly, and later on in the day i noticed that my speedometer and the rest of my dashboard gauges and lights were not working at all. It can be especially dangerous to drive with these problems so i was wondering if anybody could tell me what the problem might be? or what parts or anything else i might need to do repairs. Thank you
